Workshop Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all workshop bookings, registrations, enquiries, attendance, and participation in workshops presented by Natasja De Kock Occupational Therapy.
1. Registration & Booking
Workshop bookings are subject to availability. Submission of a booking form or enquiry does not automatically guarantee a place. Confirmation will be provided directly by Natasja De Kock Occupational Therapy.
2. Workshop Content
Workshop content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Information presented should not be regarded as individual healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
3. Attendance
Participants are responsible for attending workshops at the agreed date, time, and venue. Late arrival may result in missing portions of the programme.
4. Venue & Delivery Changes
Workshop dates, venues, presenters, delivery methods, and schedules may change where circumstances require. Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
5. Cancellation by Participants
Participants should notify the organiser as soon as possible if they are unable to attend. Cancellation arrangements may vary depending on the specific workshop or event.
6. Cancellation by Organiser
Natasja De Kock Occupational Therapy reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a workshop due to insufficient registrations, venue issues, illness, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
7. Participant Responsibility
Participants remain responsible for their own wellbeing, mobility, medical needs, and personal belongings during workshops. Where assistance is required, participants should attend with an appropriate support person.
8. Photography & Media
Photographs or media may occasionally be taken for educational, promotional, or website purposes. Individuals who do not wish to appear in photographs should notify the organiser before the event.
9. Intellectual Property
Workshop materials, presentations, handouts, graphics, and educational resources remain the intellectual property of Natasja De Kock Occupational Therapy and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
10. Privacy & POPIA
Personal information collected during registration or attendance will be processed in accordance with the practice Privacy Policy and applicable POPIA requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
Participation in workshops is voluntary. Natasja De Kock Occupational Therapy accepts no liability for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising from workshop attendance, except where required by law.
